All catering orders will be HOT and ready to serve. If you will not be eating your food the same day please request your items to be cold. Not all items are recommended to be reheated. Call 518-355-5323 if you have specific questions.

All catering orders require 6 days notice in order to prepare. Keep in mind that specific days and times can sell out ahead of the 6 day window. If placing an order under 6 days notice, please call us at 518-355-5323 to discuss further.

  5. ***NEW*** Tray of Chicken Parm- $199 for full tray 20-4oz Tender hand breaded breast of chicken with Mozzarella Cheese.  Topped with our tomato sauce.  ***We proudly serve Perdue Chicken “No Antibiotics Ever”!

    Prepared with sauteed peppers and onions, then baked to perfection.

    With our own homemade sauce, of course!

    Prepared with cheese, butter, and sweet cream.
  10. Half Tray of Eggplant – $85 for 1/2 tray (long and shallow)
    Slices of eggplant dipped in egg batter and sauteed, then layered with sauce and Mozzarella cheese. (half trays only)
  11. Tray Stuffed Rigatoni – $65 for 1/2 tray – $95 for full tray
    Large rib macaroni stuffed with ricotta cheese, covered with our homemade sauce.
  12. Tray of Ravioli (Jumbo Rounds) – $65 for 1/2 tray – $95 for full tray
    Cheese ravioli covered with our homemade sauce.
  13. Tray Baked Ziti – $89 for 1/2 tray – $125 for full tray
    Ziti baked with ricotta cheese and our homemade sauce.
  14. Half Tray of Potatoes – $75 for 1/2 tray 
    Our famous oven-roasted potatoes, boiled and baked to perfection. (half trays only-long and shallow)
  15.  Half Tray of Vegetables – $60 for 1/2 tray
    Italian green beans with garlic, pesto and olive oil.(half tray only- long and shallow)
  16. Tray of Tossed Salad – $45 for 1/2 tray – $75 for full tray
    Crisp iceberg lettuce, mesculin greens, carrots, ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives. Served with our homemade Italian dressing.
  17. Ciabatta Bread – $5.00 each

WHEN COLD FOOD IS REQUESTED: Reheating Tray Instructions:  Preheat oven at 325 °F.  Reheating time is  1 hour for all trays EXCEPT Lasagna, which is 2 Hours.  Remember everyone’s oven varies!! Make sure to check on your food while reheating to proper internal temperature, which is 165°F/74 C or above.

ALL CATERING ORDERS SHOULD BE ORDERED 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE OR SOONER PLEASE.  KEEP IN MIND SOME DAYS AND TIMES WILL SELL OUT BEFORE THE 5 DAY WINDOW!

A la Cart – Serves 8 to 10 guests with our 1/2 tray or 16 to 20 guests with our full tray.
Full Banquet Services(4 to 5 different hot items) – 1/2 tray will serve 20 to 25 people. Full tray will serve 35 to 40 people.
