Our PASTA story: We are proud to offer 5 different homemade pastas that are made here in our own kitchen at Canali’s: Manicotti, Ravioli, Cavatelli, Fettuccine & Spaghetti. One of the important reasons our homemade pastas are so delicious is that we use only the best products available. We use Tipo “00” Caputo Flour, which is considered to be the Bentley of all flours. Antico Molino Caputo, is a family run business that has been open since 1924. Our specific flour Tipo “00” is additive free and all natural, and uses only the best blend of wheat available on the global market. What makes it so special is the milling process in which they use and that it is specifically for use in fresh home made pasta dough.  They are “THE FLOUR OF NAPLES!”

Homemade Pasta with Tomato Sauce– $19.99 Choice of Cavatelli, Macaroni, Fettuccine or Ravioli with tomato sauce.  Made fresh in our kitchen.  Add meatballs or sausages $4.50 extra

Homemade Baked Manicotti – $20.99 Large pasta crepes filled with ricotta cheese, topped with our homemade tomato sauce.
          Add meatballs or sausage…. $4.50 extra
Homemade Fettuccine Carbonara – $24.95 Prepared with sauteed onions, prosciutto and our Alfredo cream sauce.
Homemade Baked Lasagna – $22.75 Made from scratch with three layers of pasta stuffed with sausage, ricotta, mozzarella, and Romano cheese and baked till bubbling.
Linguini Louisa – $21.95 Linguini tossed in your choice of red or white clam sauce.
Louisa’s Fettuccine Alfredo – $24.75 add chicken for $6.99  A Classic! Our homemade fettuccine prepared with cheese, butter and heavy cream.
Tortellini Alfredo – $23.99 Cheese fille tortellini served in our homemade alfredo sauce.
Cavatelli with a Tomato Basil Cream Sauce – $23.99 A Specialty of the house! Our homemade cavatelli tossed in our tomato basil cream sauce.
